Building a Legacy

Founded in 1946 when Herb “Buck” Lewis purchased a small six-vehicle Ford store near the Fayetteville square, Lewis Automotive has grown over four generations while staying true to the values it was built on. After moving to North College Avenue in 1969—later energized by the opening of the Northwest Arkansas Mall—the Lewis family expanded the operation to six locations, now maintaining over 1,000 vehicles in stock to serve Northwest Arkansas.


Deeply involved in local organizations, teams, and charities, the Lewis family remains active in the business, with fourth-generation members Matt, Shelby, and Taylor Lewis providing courteous service and quality products six days a week.
